Welcome to LUMIRE ("we," "us," or "our"). LUMIRE is a company registered in Hong Kong. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display product images, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time without notice.
Our beauty devices are intended for personal cosmetic use only and are not medical devices. Individual results may vary.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price.
- We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
- Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability). You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled by us.
4. Taxes & Import Duties
- Prices do not include US import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- For most orders under $800 USD, no US import duty applies under the de minimis threshold.
- For orders over $800 USD, you may be required to pay import duties upon delivery. Please check with US Customs and Border Protection for current thresholds.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Hong Kong and typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard international shipping to the US takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch (estimated, not guaranteed).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other events outside our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligible for return:
- Items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items that arrive defective or damaged
Not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
Process:
- Email us at lulumireshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization number
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method
Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at lulumireshop@gmail.com. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
8. US Consumer Rights Notice
We respect the consumer protection rights of our US customers. While our business is governed by Hong Kong law, we acknowledge that US customers retain rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. If you have a dispute, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it fairly.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to LUMIRE and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUMIRE's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
